These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Azerbaijan Travel website (azerbaijantravel.com and apply.azerbaijantravel.com) and the services offered through it, including e-Visa application assistance and tour bookings. By using our website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Azerbaijan Travel is an independent travel services provider. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For applicants who are eligible to apply directly through the official government e-Visa portal, we assist by reviewing, preparing, and submitting the required information on their behalf, and by providing customer support throughout the process, for a service fee in addition to any applicable government fee.

2. Our services

We provide two categories of service:

  • e-Visa application assistance — collecting, reviewing, and submitting the information and documents required for an Azerbaijan e-Visa application.

  • Tour and travel bookings — arranging or facilitating bookings for tours, packages, and related travel services within Azerbaijan.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you submit, including passport details, personal information, and travel dates. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or additional fees resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by you.

4. Fees and payment

Fees shown at checkout include our service fee. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.

5. Processing times and approval

Estimated processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. The final decision to approve or reject any e-Visa application rests solely with the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its relevant authorities. We do not guarantee approval of any application, and our service fee is charged for the assistance provided, not for a guaranteed outcome.

6. Refund policy

If an application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authority, you may request a full refund of our service fee. Once an application has been submitted, our service fee is non-refundable, as the work has been completed regardless of the outcome of the government’s review. Government fees, where charged separately, are subject to the refund rules of the issuing authority and are outside our control. To request a refund, contact us using the details below.

7. Document handling

Documents you upload (such as passport scans and photos) are used solely to prepare and submit your application and are stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azerbaijan Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including missed travel, denied entry, or visa rejection by the relevant government authority.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
